Nachdem vor einigen Tagen ein Video veröffentlicht wurde, das uns die spielbaren Musikstücke von Final Fantasy I bis Final Fantasy VII in Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call gezeigt hat, folgt nun ein Video mit der Musik aus Final Fantasy VIII bis Final Fantasy XIV. Die Stücke aus den Spin-Offs wie Final Fantasy X-2 oder Final Fantasy Type-0 sowie der Romancing SaGa-Serie sind nicht enthalten. Es könnte also noch ein Video folgen.

Unter anderem Zack (FFVII), Ace (Type-0), Cosmos (Dissidia), Yuna Version 2 (FFX-2), Ramza (FFT), Ciaran (FFXIV), Benjamin (FFMQ), Tifa Version 2 (Advent Children), Serah (FFXIII-2) und Lightning Version 2 (Lightning Returns) werden zusätzlich zu den 14 Charakteren, die die Hauptspiele repräsentieren, freischaltbar sein.

Wer außerdem einen japanischen Nintendo 3DS besitzt, kann sich eine Demo herunterladen. Sie enthält “Edgar’s and Sabin’s Theme” aus Final Fantasy VI und “Let the Battles Begin (Piano version)” aus Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call erscheint am 24. April in Japan. Für den Westen wurde es bisher noch nicht angekündigt.
